Chapter 12

Future Deliverance/Restoration (All Israel): 12:1-6

The people of Israel will return to Jerusalem/Israel from captivity/scattering and thank God for delivering/restoring them. 

They will have an obligation to make the God of Israel known to the nations/peoples (12:4-5):

"Make known His deeds among the peoples; make them remember that His name is exalted." 

"[The LORD] has done excellent things; let this be known throughout the earth."

It was, it is.
