Chapter 38
God heals Hezekiah and lets him live another 15 years; and reminds him that He will defend Jerusalem against Assyria.
Chapter 45
God will use Cyrus to send back Jews to Judah and rebuild Jerusalem: 45:1-25 "He will build my city and will let my exiles go free" (45:13). Future Empire: 45:22-23 "Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God and there is no other. I have sworn by Myself ... that to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance" (45:22-23).
